These terms govern the use of the Angaria Mac app and the angaria.app site. Angaria is developed by Vinena Yazılım ve Tasarım Ltd. Şti. By downloading and using the app, or by subscribing, you accept these terms.
Seller and payment
Angaria subscriptions are sold by Polar (Polar Software Inc.). Polar is the merchant of record and the payment provider for the sale. Taxes are calculated by Polar at checkout from the buyer's country and company details, and added to the price. If a tax number is entered on the checkout page, the invoice is issued in the company's name. Payment, tax and invoicing are subject to Polar's terms of sale. The app is developed and supported by Vinena Yazılım ve Tasarım Ltd. Şti.
Subscription
Angaria is used with a yearly or monthly subscription. Current prices are 2,499 TL + KDV a year and 299 TL + KDV a month. Both plans give the same license. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically every year or every month, depending on the chosen plan. Price changes are announced before renewal.
Free use
The app can be used free for 7 days from the first time it is opened, MCP included. No card details are needed for this. After 7 days, a license key is required to keep using it.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription any time. When you cancel, you keep using Angaria until the end of the period you paid for; you are not charged for the next period. We do not give refunds. The one exception: if Angaria does not work for you and we cannot fix it, we refund what you paid for the current period. Write to hi@angaria.app first so we can try to fix it. Polar, which sells Angaria for us, sends the refund. This does not limit any right that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
License
Each subscription gives you one license key. With this key you can use Angaria on up to 3 Macs at the same time and with up to 5 companies. For more companies, write to hi@angaria.app. The license cannot be transferred or sold to anyone else.
Use
Angaria is a tool you use to work with the GIB e-Arşiv portal through your own account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue and for your tax obligations. Angaria does not provide accounting or tax advisory services.
GIB services
Angaria is an independent product of Vinena Yazılım ve Tasarım Ltd. Şti. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı (GIB), the Turkish Revenue Administration, and it is not a private integrator. Invoices are issued in the GIB e-Arşiv portal, with the user's own account. When the portal is unavailable or changes, Angaria may stop working for a while. In such cases, we try to update the app as soon as possible.
Limitation of liability
Angaria is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Angaria. In all cases, our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date above and announce significant changes on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.
